Return Process

  Securely place your item in its original jewelry box and shipping carton, ensuring you include all original documentation, gemological reports, and the RMA form.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the package is insured for its full value.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality assurance team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
